I'm drawn to this idea of slow astrology. The speed at which the transits come one after the other is like doomsday clock watching - how long - when - is it over yet... Pluto across my natal Moon / N. Node and Neptune across my chart ruler were long transits that I wish I could have slowed down for. Live and learn. Or maybe slowness comes with age. The maturity of Saturn.

I agree with being "over" this doomsday watching approach. Its kind of sad because, I enjoy exploring these astrological transits/lessons, but it's a slippery slope. Once I start down that rabbit hole, the journey feels exciting, but after a while, I find myself dug too deep in the hole to get out or even want to for fear of what transit is gonna hit me next and how! Lol!

Head forward. Feet on the ground. Knees loose. I'm hopeful for a small community of slow astrologers here. It's a beautiful idea. I've fallen into the doomsday trap many times. ♡♡♡

I agree - "doomsday clock watching" is what that spectacle of transits passing by can feel like at times. Slowing down can certainly help to filter out a lot of the noise. The maturity of Saturn indeed (especially when we've been around long enough to experience a number of astrological transits & cycles).

Be still my heart! The brilliance and integrity of you both make me so proud to study astrology. It's funny you describe Lindsay as being like sitting down to a "hearty meal". I feel like I just was fortunate enough to sit around that fire with you both and Lindsay is definitely MY comfort food 100%! Hahaha! This interview was like healing balm to my wearied, voluntarily brow beaten, You Tube astrology watching self! Lol There were so many nuggets of wisdom it is hard to choose but my favorite quote has to be" In astrology the most powerful thing to me..is about self acceptance. Accepting yourself as you are-not thinking you need to "be" anything different than what you actually are designed to be. You're designed a certain way and your beautiful no matter what you "do". You have this set up that is part of the fate of what you are and your free will is to play within that play ground and that its all good."

Thank you for the meal. Very nourishing indeed!

I like you just the way you aređŸ˜˜
